To clear your test contacts you can come into the software and delete them easily- see video below.
It is not possible to clear out all the data captured eg. Impressions and conversions. This is because the analytics is built to track the quiz and all the data captured.
If you want to clear all analytics, there is an option to duplicate your quiz. Once the quiz is duplicated, all the information will be recreated and you can delete the original quiz and analytics attached.
